International Sales Executive

Details

Job Description:
The International Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new customers in assigned global markets. This role will manage B2B accounts, present TCLI’s product portfolio, and support negotiation and closing of export deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new leads and distributors in target regions
  • Present product offerings and pricing to buyers
  • Manage relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate with logistics and export teams to fulfill orders
  • Attend international trade shows (as needed)
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication
  • 2+ years in international sales or export trade
  • Strong English communication skills (additional languages a plus)
  • Knowledge of agricultural/food exports preferred

Export Sales Manager

Job Description:
The Export Sales Manager oversees TCLI’s sales performance in global markets, including team supervision, pricing strategy, key account management, and collaboration with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement export sales strategy
  • Manage sales team or regional sales agents
  • Negotiate contracts with high-value clients
  • Expand TCLI’s presence in key markets (e.g., EU, Middle East)
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation and standards

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of logistics, INCOTERMS, and compliance
  • 5+ years in export sales or international business development
  • Proven record in B2B food/agri exports
  • Fluent in English; second language an advantage
  • Leadership and team management experience
