Frequently asked questions
Can I mix different products in one shipment?
Yes. Most of our buyers order a mixed list of herbs, vegetables and fruits in one shipment. We plan the packing so items with similar temperature needs travel together.
Do you supply restaurants directly?
Yes, for restaurant groups, hotels and caterers that can import directly or work with their own customs broker. Smaller restaurants are usually best served through one of our distributor partners in their country.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Contact us with the items you are interested in and we will arrange samples.
Which products are available all year?
Most herbs and vegetables, coconuts, papaya, pineapple and dragon fruit are available year-round. Seasonal fruits such as mango, mangosteen and rambutan follow the Thai harvest calendar.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 500 kg per order in total. You can mix any of our herbs, vegetables, fruits and specialty foods to reach it.
What are your payment terms?
We ask new customers for advance payment (T/T) before shipment. Terms for regular customers can be discussed after the first orders.
