Thai lemongrass with full aroma
Lemongrass from Thailand has a strong lemon fragrance with floral notes. We trim the stalks to remove dry outer leaves and excess tops, so your kitchen receives clean, usable product with less waste.
How kitchens use it
Lemongrass is bruised and simmered in tom yum and tom kha, finely chopped into larb and Thai salads, pounded into curry pastes and marinades, and infused into teas, cocktails and spa drinks.
